3 Ομοίος POLE AC είναι ένας επαφής με AC με τρεις ανεξάρτητες επαφές (ή πόλους), καθένα από τα οποία ελέγχει μία φάση ενός τριφασικού συστήματος ισχύος. Η κύρια λειτουργία του είναι να ελέγχει εξ αποστάσεως την εκκίνηση, τη διακοπή και την αντιστροφή των τριφασικών κινητήρων ή άλλων τριών φάσεων. Με τον έλεγχο των τριών επαφών, μπορεί να συνειδητοποιήσει τη σύνδεση και την αποσύνδεση του τριφασικού κυκλώματος, ελέγχοντας έτσι την κατάσταση εργασίας του ηλεκτρικού φορτίου.

Structure and working principle

Structure:

Electromagnetic system: includes components such as coils, cores, etc., which are used to generate magnetic flux to drive the opening and closing of the contact system.

Contact system: including main contact and auxiliary contact. The main contact is used to carry high current, and the auxiliary contact is used to realize the transmission and feedback of control signals.

Arc extinguishing device: Used to extinguish the arc generated when the contact is disconnected to protect the contact from damage.

Shell: used to protect the internal components from the external environment.

Working Principle:

When the coil is energized, the iron core generates magnetism and attracts the contact system to close, making the three-phase circuit open.

When the coil is de-energized, the iron core loses its magnetism and the contact system separates under the action of the spring to disconnect the three-phase circuit.

Applications:

3 Pole AC Contactor is widely used in industrial automation, power system and building automation.

It can be used to control operations such as starting, stopping and reversing of three-phase motors.

It can also be used to realize remote control and protection of power system.

Selection:

When selecting a 3 Pole AC Contactor, factors such as the rated voltage, rated current and load type of the power system should be considered.

The current rating should be greater than or equal to the maximum operating current of the load.

The voltage rating should be adapted to the voltage level of the power system.
